Totems

AIR:
  1. Windfury Totem if there is no Frost Death Knight or Enhancement Shaman
  2. Wrath of Air otherwise

FIRE:
  1. Flametongue Totem if there is no Enhancement Shaman, Elemental Shaman, or Demonology Warlock.
  2. Searing Totem/Magma if you can spare the GCD and there is no danger of grabbing aggro on phase transitions or aggoing other mobs.

EARTH:
  1. Strength of Earth Totem if there is no Enhancement shaman. Death Knights have a similar buff called Horn of Winter, but it lasts only 2 minutes (3 minutes with glyph).
  2. Stoneskin Totem, which stacks with a paladin's devotion aura.

WATER:
  1. Mana spring if there is no paladin for Blessing of Wisdom
  2. Healing Stream
  3. Poison or Disease cleansing as needed

Key Spells / Abilities

Chain Heal - This is our most efficient heal. It will jump to 3 (4 with glyph) targets based on lowest absolute value. If there are no targets below 100% it will not jump.

Healing Wave - Largest heal with the longest cast time.

Lesser Healing Wave - This is a smaller fast heal. This is most effective when used in conjunction with the Glyph of lesser Healing Wave.

Earth Shield - The healing and aggro of this is attributed to the caster. As long as the tank isnt face pulling you don't have to worry about the threat.

Riptide - Instant heal with a HoT over the next 15 seconds. A chain heal cast at a target that has riptide on them will increase healing by 25% for all jumps. This only works if the initial target has the riptide, and it will not proc off of another shamans riptide.

Ancestral Awakening - When you crit with LHW, HW or Riptide you will instantly heal lowest % health player for 30% of the amount healed.

Earth Living Weapon - This will be your weapon buff. It will casue a HoT called earthliving to be cast on the target after a direct heal. Riptide, HW, LHW and Chain heal will proc this.

Tidal Force and Nature Swiftness - Used together to create an instant emergency heal that crits. There are 3 charges and a 3 min cooldown.
