Six Minutes To Release

Icecrown Citadel is a large, 4-story raid instance located in southern Icecrown. It is the home of Tier 10 items, and has the distinction of being the first raid instance where you can determine the difficulty of each encounter on a boss-by-boss interface by using an interface Blizzard provides. You can only do hard modes if you have beaten The Lich King on normal.

Tier 10 is split into three tiers: Tier 10, Sanctified Tier 10, and Heroic Sanctified Tier 10:

Tier 10 gear is awarded by turning in anywhere between 60 and 95 Emblems of Frost.
Sanctified Tier 10 gear is awarded by upgrading your Tier 10 piece with a Mark of Sanctification.
Heroic Sanctified Tier 10 gear is awarded by upgrading your Sanctified Tier 10 piece with an heroic Mark of Sanctification.
