The Bastion of Twilight is atop a tall spire located in the Twilight Highlands near the borders of Loch Modan and The Wetlands. It is one of three entry level Cataclysm raids featuring four bosses and one hard mode-only boss. Of note, Cho'gall drops the Tier 11 shoulder tokens.
